With top-notch training from my experienced and knowledgeable father, Ron Rose, I look forward to serving others during the home buying and selling process. The joy I experience when my clients get keys to their new home is unmatched. I work diligently to provide great service through taking my time, understanding clients wants, needs, and whys, being respectful, having patience, and negotiating so that there is a win-win for all parties involved.
In December 2022, I graduated from Indiana University Kelley School of Business Indianapolis. In 3 1/2 years I received an honors degree majoring in Business Management and Real Estate. The Real Estate co-major allowed me to explore an array of different avenues in which real estate exists, so that I am well versed and thoroughly understand the industry. I learned how to analyze the market cycle, comparable properties, economic effects, and other data that affects real property. The Management major allowed me to learn how to work well with others, be a leader, and get things done the right way. I was involved in many student clubs where I held multiple executive positions. I am so grateful for the Kelley School of Business and will carry those learning opportunities and experiences with me forever.
I love to have a positive impact in everything that I do and am very active in my community. I co-lead a group of middle school girls in Bible study each week at Mount Pleasant Christian Church. During this time, we have discussions, listen, get to know each other, and play bonding games to grow and further each other’s faith. The time we spend together means so much to me and I appreciate sharing our loving hearts with one another.
Under the same roof as Ron and Tammy Rose, I have grown up in Central Indiana my entire life and reside here currently, as well. I know the area very well and am well informed about what is going on. I love serving people who are new to the area and enlightening them about different opportunities. I look forward to being a servant leader for you and your family!
